Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete everything. Deletion is immediate; backups purge within 30 days. There's no recovery path.
How do I export my data?
Settings → Privacy & Data → Export everything. You receive a JSON archive of every response and score update.
I never received my sign-in code.
Check your spam folder. If still missing after 5 minutes, email us - we can resend manually.
Why are my Cognitive Fitness Score numbers different this week?
The score is recomputed weekly from your past 30 days of sessions. It can go down if you've started taking shortcuts - that honesty is the point.
I think the AI follow-up was wrong / unfair.
Sometimes it is. The AI is calibrated to be a rigorous mentor, not a supportive friend; occasionally it overshoots. Email us with the question + your response + the follow-up and we'll review.
